Alumni Benefits and Services

The Alumni Relations and Development Department is currently reviewing the services and benefits extended to alumni with a view to expanding these in the near future. In the mean time, we offer the following to all alumni of Royal Holloway and Bedford Colleges.

Reunion and Alumni Event Planning
Within the next few months there will be alumni packages available to help organise your own reunion. These packages will include options for different venues, catering, costs, accommodation, invitation options and other services, all at reduced costs to alumni.

Third-Party Discounts
We have negotiated, especially for our alumni, a range of discounts and benefits from the College and third parties that offer some fantastic products and services. From an exhilirating day out at Go Ape to a subscription to the Economist, theres something for everyone and we will be adding to the list regularly.

Alumni Postbox
Do you want to get back in touch with old friends? If so, please check with us to see if we have an email or postal address – if so, we can contact your friends on your behalf. Please contact alumni@rhul.ac.uk for further information.

Sports Centre Membership
A special membership package is available for alumni - this includes unlimited use of the fitness suite and classes for £17 a month or £180 for 1 year. Members can also book the sports hall, squash courts and tennis courts

Alumni Bursaries for Postgraduate Study
Alumni of Royal Holloway and Bedford are automatically entitled to a bursary to study postgraduate degrees at the College.

Degree Transcripts and Certificates
Do you need a copy of your degree transcript or certificate? The RHUL Registry can help to provide proof of your qualifications.

Library

All alumni of Royal Holloway and Bedford Colleges have free access for reference purposes and borrowing to the libraries on campus! Also available to alumni is Royal Holloway Research Online, which is an open access repository of the College's research.

Careers Services
To find out about the specific services available to alumni, including job opportunities, visit the Careers Centre website.

Alumni Shop
Whether you're interested in College memorabilia and clothing, from mugs to scarves, or would like a copy of the latest Chapel Choir CD, you will be able to purchase these on our online shop.
