Scope of Support

 

Customer Services
  • support a wide range of standard windows desktop software including MS Office versions 2000, 2002(XP) and 2003 Internet Explorer versions 6 and 7, Kaspersky anti-virus and specialist corporate and teaching applications.

  • offer support for Windows 2000 and XP operating systems with limited support for Vista and Mac OS.

  • support college funded desktop PCs, laptops and peripherals

  • provide some services for personally owned PC equipment
